“Myths and Realities” is a three-part Caucus series looking at the many questions surrounding Multiple Sclerosis. Solely funded by UMDNJ, this first installment entitled “Fact and Fiction” looks at what MS really is and why it is such a mystery. We identify the common misconceptions about MS, its symptoms, advancements in research and treatments and emphasize how and where families can go for help.
