This educational Excellence Roundtable, brings together educators talking about the many challenges and opportunities involved in the teaching profession. The panelists describe what attracted each of them to the teaching profession – and what makes them stay. Further, the panel talks about the challenges, as well as the rewards facing educators today. The focus of the discussion is on each teacher’s personal story – and how each of their unique experiences has impacted their teaching style. All teachers are not created equal. The members of the panel are leaders and innovators in the field.
